We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before [cut-off time] are typically dispatched the same working day; orders placed after that, or at weekends, go out the next working day.

Free express delivery

Every order ships free. There are no delivery charges, no minimum spend and no surcharges at checkout.

Timescales are estimates from the point of dispatch, not from when you order. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands remain free but may take a little longer.

Large and heavy items

Larger appliances are delivered by a specialist carrier who will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Please make sure there is clear access, and measure doorways and stairwells in advance. Free delivery is to the ground-floor threshold. Installation, plumbing, wiring and removal of old appliances are not included unless stated on the product page.

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or access is inadequate, the carrier will contact you to rearrange at no extra cost.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking has not updated for several working days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.

Damage, delays and missing parcels

Check your order on arrival where possible and report visible damage to us within 48 hours with photographs. If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, tell us — we will investigate with the carrier and either replace the item or refund you in full.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if no delivery date was agreed we will deliver within 30 days of your order. If we miss that, you may cancel for a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you, though we will always try to help recover a misdirected parcel.

Old appliance disposal (WEEE)

Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations, you can return an old appliance of the same type for recycling when you buy a new one from us. Contact us before your delivery date to arrange this.

International

We currently ship within the UK only.
